I build websites. And the bots that sell them.

Custom sites for real businesses, designed per client and built fast with AI tools. Plus the automation behind my two businesses: a lead engine that finds and pitches clients, a coach that sits in on my sales calls, and a deal finder that sources the iPhones I refurbish and sell.

Who

Tye, founder of ForgedWeb, Sunshine Coast QLD. I also run Recellix, my iPhone refurbishing business, on software I built myself.

What I build

Custom websites, online stores, rebuilds that keep your Google rankings, booking and quote flows, and automation tools for small businesses.

How fast

One-page sites in 3 to 5 working days, multi-page sites in 1 to 2 weeks, online stores in 2 to 3 weeks.

Case studies · sold in the last 2 weeks

Six sites. Six different worlds.

Every one designed from the client's own material, not a template. Each is written up as a short case study: the brief, what I built, and the result. Tap a planet to open one.

  • A scroll-driven wall that goes from mouldy to treated to protected, and a tap-around house diagram

  • All 61 of their existing pages rebuilt at the same addresses, so their Google rankings carry over

Automation and AI tools

Quoted per job

Scoped with you first

The same kind of tools I run my own businesses on: lead finders, quote and enquiry flows, inbox summaries, alerts, assistants.

Hosting and upkeep

$40 a month

Every site

Plus $36 a month when there is an admin dashboard. Builds of $2,000 and up are bundled at $60 a month.

25% deposit to start. The balance can be spread over 2 to 4 weeks. The domain can be in your name or bought for you.

How a project runs

  1. The brief. I start from your own material: photos, flyers, logo, the words you use, the suburbs you cover.
  2. Design and build. Designed for your business, not a template, and built as clean code with nothing to break.
  3. Your changes. You see it live on a private link and tell me what to change.
  4. Launch. Connected to your domain. Rebuilds keep your old page addresses so Google rankings carry over.
  5. After launch. Hosting, fixes and updates are covered by the monthly fee.

Good to know

  • Included on every build: page titles and descriptions, structured data for Google, clean headings, fast loading and a mobile-first layout.
  • Not something I do: native App Store apps, software a whole company runs on (staff logins, rostering, payroll), running paid ads, or guaranteeing Google rankings.

  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • React, Vite, Tailwind
  • Node.js, Express
  • SQLite, Supabase
  • Stripe checkout
  • Cloudflare Pages and Workers

Demo fleet

Built by my bot, before anyone asked.

A few of the 268 demo sites Scout has built on its own, each one from a real business's public Google listing. Different trades, different designs, every one ready to text the owner.

These are unsolicited demos made to pitch the business, not client work. Photos are from the business's own listing or clearly labelled illustrations.

The bots behind it

One person, run like a small team.

I built my own tools to find clients, pitch them, coach my calls and source stock. They do the repetitive work. Anything that contacts a real person still waits for my tap.

MOD-01Running nightly

ForgedWeb Scout

Finds the clients, builds their demo, drafts the pitch.

Every evening it searches Google for local businesses with a missing, broken or weak website, scores them, and builds each one a custom demo site from their real business details. Then it drafts the email in my voice and lines up the calls.

MOD-02Comms open

The call coach

Sits in on my sales calls, then teaches me from them.

I put the phone on speaker next to the laptop and it listens along. It knows the business I am calling, the demo I built them, and every note from earlier calls.

Before the call

A call plan for that exact business: how to open, three questions to ask, the objections they are likely to raise, and how to close.

During the call

A live transcript, one-tap answers to objections written in my own words, a "what do I say now?" button, and a warning if I say something I shouldn't, like promising a Google ranking.

After the call

It saves the outcome, a summary and the next step. If someone asks not to be contacted, they are taken off every list on the spot.

How it teaches me

Every week my assistant reviews my real records: calls, decisions, and the predictions I log before I make one. It points out the patterns I miss, scores how my predictions turned out, and sets a few specific things to practise. Straight, with evidence, not a pep talk.

MOD-03Listening

Jarbis

A voice assistant that runs the whole operation.

I talk to it hands-free on my laptop or my iPhone. It answers from the real database, never guesses a number, and remembers how I like things done.

It also keeps me across my inbox: who has replied, what they said, and who needs an answer, so no lead goes cold. It reads email but can't send any, on purpose.

onboard-ai · example commands

> "Scan Buderim for plumbers"

> "Build a demo for this one business"

> "Who should I call next?"

> "What have you been doing today?"

> "How are the phones going?"

> "Has anyone replied?"

It also runs an autopilot that decides what work is worth doing each day. By design it can scan, build and organise, but it cannot contact anyone.

Coming nextA lot more of it over SMS.

MOD-04Recruiting

Hiring callers

Recruiting a small crew of commission callers.

Applicants take a quiz with a recorded voice answer, then a harder second round: handling objections out loud and spotting mistakes. An AI second opinion sits next to mine on every applicant, and interviews are booked in one tap.

Why I'm hiring

The callers are also how the system learns. Every real conversation, and every client landed with its help, teaches it how these calls actually go. After about two months of that, the plan is to flick the switch and let it take on more of the work itself.

The phone side · Recellix

A radar for the phones I flip.

I refurbish and resell iPhones. DealBot sweeps the listings so I only look at the ones worth buying.

$4,250 in phone sales in the 2 weeks I ran it

How I work

Fast, because of the tools. Careful, by design.

01

Built with AI, directed by me

I design and build with AI coding tools. That is how one person ships a 61-page site in a day and runs two businesses on his own software. The taste, the decisions and the client relationship are mine.

02

Nothing contacts a customer on its own

Every email, offer and message goes out on my tap. The bots do the research and the prep. That protects my clients, my sender reputation and the law around cold contact.

03

Truthful by default

Demo sites only use a business's real details. No invented reviews, no fake stats, no stock photos passed off as their work, and no promises about Google rankings.
